These are used for humbucker pickups to switch to either a single coil sound or the full humbucker. This pair of switches allows you to adapt a pair of to multi-tapped pickups. New stock.

These small switches are used to adapt regular scratchplates to access multi-tapped pickups. These can be used on Rat Bait humbucker pickups to switch to either a single coil sound or the full humbucker – by putting this switch before the standard 5 pole (or 3 pole) switch on your pickguard. This tapping  is achieved by soldering the single pole wire (bypass) to the switch and attaching the other contact from the switch to the original pickup contact on the guitar switch, this means there are two wires soldered to the original switches contact. You now have two settings for the humbucker on your already fitted 5 / 3 pole switch.
