Fender Squier SE Strat Stratocaster Guitar Loaded Scratchplate from the early 2000s (the model that had the stick on serial number on the headstock and like most Squiers from this era, this one fell off somewhere in its past).

 

These pickups were removed from a Squier by Fender guitar, the original pickguard was broken around a few screw holes, they are now fitted to a new (old stock) scratchplate which has a protective film cover on it.
